Again, so far everything has been perfect. We haven't done much with them yet, but we have asked a few questions via email and were answered right away. I have attended two previous wedding receptions here and have only heard good things. The food is amazing and they truly care about your wedding day. They are also very honest which is extremely refreshing to me

Kate was the last photographer that we met with on our weekend home to book a photographer. We were pretty sure that we had already chosen our photographer when we arrived. However within a few seconds of meeting Kate and Sam, we realized we would have to reconsider our decision. They are extremely warm and friendly immediately upon meeting you. You feel like you have known them forever as you trade stories about how each couple first met, how the boys proposed, etc. They truly care about your wedding pictures and put a TON of time and energy into their business. They are also extremely accommodating with their packages and will build one to fit your needs/desires. Kate is an EPIC photographer and editor. It is truly amazing what she has accomplished thus far in her life.
We had our engagement session on April 1, 2010 (almost exactly one year from our wedding date) and had an amazing time. We absolutely LOVE our pictures and cannot wait to see what they have in store for us on our wedding day. We felt so comfortable and like ourselves with Kate and Sam. We feel that the pictures truly captured our personalities and our relationship.

We had some drama in this department with the original company bailing on other weddings and then vanishing...BUT now we have signed on with a wonderful company! Memory Makers Decor has been extremely helpful and kind towards us and our linen situation and gave us a discount to help us compensate some of the losses we incurred. I highly recommend looking into this fabulous small company!

I know that most people that read this won't even consider purchasing from here because of the location, but they have truly been amazing to work with. Mark had a great experience picking out/designing my engagement ring and then we went together to pick out the wedding bands. They are extremely helpful and made it a truly fun experience (which is hard to do when you see the price tags!). We always love giving our business to a family business as well :)

For shopping for my dress: A
About a month after our engagement, I went dress shopping with my mom, MOH, and one of my sisters. We made an appointment at a local bridal shop and I was really disappointed with the selection. The one thing that I knew going into it was that I did not want a strapless dress. That seemed to be all that the local shop had. So we headed over to David's Bridal, without an appointment, on a busy Saturday. They were able to squeeze us in and I tried on a TON of dresses. They had a large selection and my consultant was really helpful and listened really well. I found my dress immediately, but still tried on more dresses just to be sure. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress and despite their bad rap, I thought that David's Bridal was a very helpful and fun environment to go dress shopping in.
For my bridesmaids dresses: C
We did not have as much luck this time around. The consultant basically left us on our own to try to decipher their lack of organization with the bridesmaid's dresses. She was busy with other parties when we came in and didn't give us much time or guidance. Luckily my girls came prepared and had done their research online before we went. They each picked out their own dress in the color I chose (Lapis) and I can't wait to see them all together :)

Tom has been incredibly helpful and patient with me through the whole ordering paper process. I never went into the store. I discussed things via email with Tom and ordered samples of his suggestions. I ordered a sample of the paper and then the next week I ordered all of my paper. I ordered Dark Purple Basics cardstock for my DIY pocket fold invite with Classic Linen Baronial Ivory paper for the inserts/invite. They gave me a lot of extra paper as well, so I hopefully will not need to order any more for my programs, menus, etc. Tom made the whole process extremely easy and fun, and their prices are amazing! I highly recommend them :)
